I'm the CEO of Bauer Bersella Advisors, where we're rebuilding traditional financial advice with AI as the operating system. We manage R4B+ in assets for 120+ South African families, delivering faster, smarter, more transparent financial advice.
Before taking over the firm in 2023, I spent time as a Solutions Architect at a UK fintech, building systems for enterprise financial platforms. I'm a Chartered Accountant (CA-SA) with audit experience at BDO UK and a degree in finance and accounting.
I'm equal parts operator and builder. I run the firm during the day and ship code at night. My mission is to prove that AI-enabled professional services can deliver better outcomes at lower costs without sacrificing the human touch.
